Witches in Colonial Virginia Lecture by Carson Hudson

Saturday, November 4 th , 2017, 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.

Author Carson Hudson will present his research on witches in Colonial Virginia with a focus on Grace Sherwood of Princess Anne County, locally known as the “Witch of Pungo.”, who was the last person convicted of witchcraft in Virginia. Light refreshments will be provided. Tickets are $15 per person and seats are limited.

Join us for a concert presented by the Locrian Consort. The concert is associated with many events going on throughout the day for our event, "17th Century Isle of Wight County: A Living History Event". Concerts by the Locrian Consort are both entertaining and educational! Sit back and enjoy 17th Century Chamber Music played on instruments many of us have never even heard of before.

Tickets for the concert are sold seperately from admittance to the 17th Century Event. Those interested in the concert are encouraged to purchase their tickets in advance. Tickets are $15 a person and seats are limited.
